Can u turn the crank over with a ratchet? If it turn's over and not seized, Make sure ur coil pack has spark,
After changing the spark plugs and wires on my 1.8L (1997 engine I believe; It was an engine swap by a previous owner), I try the ignition and the car sputters twice and then stalls out. I turn the key again and all you hear is just one click, no turnover. You can hear the pump running and the battery has power. The plugs and wires were what was right for the 97 engine (according to autozone) and the wires are in the right order. We then tried roll starting it and even that didn't work. Any ideas on what could have caused this?

That's weird. Was the car running before you changed the plugs? Sounds like and electrical issue. :-/
Check your fuses and relays. I just read a post in another forum where a guy had a similar problem and it was a loose wire going to a relay which was in the fuse box that is in the engine bay. Hope this helps!

Were you listening to the radio while you were working on your car? Regardless I'd hook it up to a charger and see what happens.
