The M3 just sounds SOOOOOO good.
My stack of time slips looks like my wife's Christmas shopping receipts. I had a blast. Once I learned how to launch the DCT. The clutch wear was nothing and the car never got hot. At the end Mike and I ran some dial in times. He got me both times, beat me and I RL. To 60" we were almost dead even.
Video from the fun runs.

Me running against a C6. Just got him. Now I want a GT-R.

So, I figured that kenO did 22 runs, which is just over 5 miles at WOT, plus 5 miles of run-out and 10 miles of return road. 1/4 tank isn't all that bad when you figure the car was getting 3mpg for 1/4 of that. :)

60' was 2.1 - 2.3 range. Not sure how great the grip was off the line. One run I spun the rear tires shift to second, DCT was so quick the tires kept spinning.
I ran data on each run and 0-60 was high 5s to low 6s. On the street I have gotten low 4s with 4.1 as a best.
I need to buy drag radials and go back.

Same here - 60' = 2.1 to 2.3
Had a bunch of RT's under 0.1, so that kept me competitive against an overall-faster MSM.

IIRC that track surface is usually prepped for really high HP cars. On a prepped track RWD cars should be getting to 1.8-2.0 on good street tires IMO. If you can get your 60 foots below 2.0 that would drop the ET a lot. I was able to get 1.799 60 foots in my open diff turbo Civic in high school on MT slicks. The center console with the radio/ac controls would shoot out of the dash halfway on each launch LOL.

Not sure it was prepped to the same levels since I was getting wheel spin in 2nd which I don't have a big issue with on the street. Most of my 60' times were 1.9s. My best time was a 11.7 @ 121mph. I was hoping for better, but I still had fun.

Agreed that the prep level wasn't as grippy as other times. I was spinning/chirping the tires in 2nd on some of my later runs.
I need to find a good 1/8 mile bracket race! Looking at my slips, all but 3 runs were 9.6xx sec at 1/8 mile.
