You need to be an instructor to ride or have a passenger. Instructors are assigned by the club.
    M3 is always the answer.

What about co-drivers? This rule was definitely not enforced before, I think PCA used to enforce it but have since changed their mind.

No problem, if they're an instructor. The National office has enforced the rules with instructors and membership.

Basically, an instructor can ride with anyone and can have riders. No one else. See a board member if you want to be an instruct.

Only 20 registered, I'm going to register but it depends on if we get a refund if the event moves to MW cause I'm not going to MW.

    Edit: I'm in.

    Damn straight it is!

You'll be like Superfly, and Shaft if you attend this event. I'll wait to compare those who don't sign up later.......

    Come on folks!

This event will feature the debut of our Chump/Lemons car. You won't want to miss seeing a $500 crapcan get FTD. Or explode. Either makes for good entertainment.

Don't promise what we can't deliver. I am reasonablty sure we can make the second part come true though.

I should have been more specific:

FTD, or Frontotemporal dementia, is the clinical syndrome caused by degeneration of the frontal lobe of the brain.

So close! Need 5 more people to sign up. Don't feel like driving to MW after work! I might register twice if I can apply it towards the next event.

WOOO so TMS it is then... rigggghhhhttt???

On the passenger rule -i was hoping to get some friends to go watch the autoXs and mentioned to them that they could ride with me. since now they cant, would they be able to ride with instructors? i figured since theyre not racers (yet) maybe this could be a way to give them "the bug". plus it would prob be funner to ride with someone with experience lol.. ive seen people at drift events give spectators rides for gas money and what-not...

They can get a ride with an instructor; just make sure they have signed the waiver, which all spectators are supposed to do anyway.

We are definitely racing at TMS on the 18th.

This is the last day to receive the reduced pre-registration rate! The normal TMS rate of $45 takes effect after tonight, so don't wait to register!

So last thing b4 sat comes around. The rampide autox a couple weeks ago wanted $25 for nonracers to get there cars sound checked, inspected and take a few runs on the course. Todays scca autox at Dallas raceway wanted $40. For next weeks lscbmw autox at TMS, how much will it cost for my buddies that want to watch/ maybe make a few runs? They have a wrx wagon and a celica that the wanna get a feel for what they can do.

They can watch for free, but if they are going to drive, they need to be BMWCCA members, and register for the event through DLB Racing.
