Worked downtown for 8 years and never saw anything like that, but I can't say I saw everything down there. I generally avoid downtown. In the 8 years I worked in downtown, there were 2 murders, 2 suicides, and 1 attempted suicide (which I witnessed) within 2 blocks of my building.
