I had to go to a machine shop off of 75 in Plano (I think near Hooters) when I had the header done. Shop closes at 6:30, I left my house at 5:50 2 nights in a row and got there 6:20 the first time, 6:15 for the pick-up trip. The second time was avoiding 75 and useing the surface streets.
Besides, traffic isn't bad if you leave early... like at 4:30pm or so.

Sorry guys. I'm not the world's biggest Hooters fan, but would like to have seen everyone. When I got there the place was overrun. After 10 minutes driving around the parking lot getting cut off by various people -- including one that threw a beer bottle at my '93 -- my patience ran out.
