    Google Earth is your friend. Look for shadows from light poles and parking signs.

    My stock NC is faster than their engine with no wheels, seat, frame or steering wheel. Wake me up when they can break the 1 mph barrier. :)

    From seeing a couple of the FSAE's at autocrosses, any running car is faster. They get to make their runs 'whenever they can get started'.
