I just moved back into my house after my divorce.

I have two rooms and a full bath between them that I would like to rent out. Would also include a parking spot in the garage.

$400/mo rent plus 1/2 bills (water, gas, electric, internet), with a capped price of $800/mo.

I have a washer and dry, plus 30MB TWC internet (fastest available here).

The neighborhood is quiet. No crime, drugs, or gang problems at all.

For those without allergies:
I am a clean person. I keep things organized and pick up after myself. I'm a very laid back and normally spend my time at home watching TV, browsing the internet, or playing PS3 (GT5 and COD). I have a nice entertainment setup with 7.3 surround and I will occasionally turn that up. The house has 3 living areas, 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs, so if you have lots of furniture I have plenty of room. If you have kids it is in the Mansfield ISD.
