Default Shop recommendation for rebuilding mustang instrument cluster?

The instrument cluster on my sons '05 mustang needs to be rebuilt. The stepper motors on the temp and fuel gauges quit working (apparently a common problem). He's going to be out of town for a week later this month so it'll be a good time to pull it out and get it fixed. Anyone know of a local shop that they can recommend for doing this kind of work? Thanks.

Is it simple enough to be a DIY Project?

I had the dash out of my Ranger the other day and it was pretty easy to work on but I was just replacing most of the burnt out bulbs.

BTW google found me this - http://dfwinstrumentcluster.com/ they are in Arlington FWIW.

I have used Zepco in Richardson to fix speedometers before, don't know if they do what you need........

Might also check eBay if you don't mind just sticking a used one in, it might be cheaper.

Thanks guys, Planning to check with the link POS referenced. Looks like he's got a lot of experience and is located in Arlington so close to where I work. It's possibly something I could do myself but I'm not really comfortable with my soldering skills and would rather have someone else do it. Normally I'd consider used but I can probably get this one fixed for what I'd spend on a used one. It's such a common problem, no telling how long a used one would last anyway.

Jim from http://dfwinstrumentcluster.com/ repaired the instrument cluster today. Did a great job and is a super nice guy. He does the work on site anywhere within 50 miles of Arlington and provides a lifetime warranty on the repairs. If you need any repairs to an instrument cluster and don't want to do it yourself I highly recommend him.
