Another great event! Thanks to everyone who made it happen!
Here is my fastest run of the day, which was about 0.2 seconds off Mikes time (FTD). I don't know the cause, but I had either a fuel starve issue or DBW throttle issue all but 1 or 2 runs at the same point (at about 0:20 seconds in the video). I would have the pedal pushed to the floor, but the car felt like I was engine braking (worse than fuel starve). I don't know how much that could have impacted my time, but I'd like to think it would at least excuse the loss to a Z.
My first NTAXS event and not my last! Great job everyone.

Loved the course today, also loved being on the road headed home by 2:15. Great job all around by all the staff and participants, NTAXS is by far the best autoX club in the metroplex! Here was my best run, 49.181

Thanks for the compliments today; the car is really sorted lately. Had a great time watching texasstig's reaction to it. Something like, "I drove like crap on that run, and it was still stupid fast!"
I've said it many times before, but its all the great cooperation you guys and gals provide as workers and drivers that make me look good as worker chief. The events we are able to put on are the result of the vision and hard work of Jerrett Jan, so give him a pat on the ass the next time you see him!
Its impressive to think that after 8 hours in the billion degree heat, people walk away saying what a great time they had.

Besides the heat, it was a great day! NTAXS is the best around and runs like clockwork. I couldn't find that extra bit of time out there. Good job to all in class X. The competition is awesome.
My best spin of my autocross career:
My best run was my last morning run:
[QUOTE=revs;287107]
My best spin of my autocross career:
Most impressive spin "EVER" ... Full smoking 360 turn never letting off the gas and didn't hit a single cone or worker ... Every corner worker stood up and applauded ... well okay we were all already standing because sitting is not allowed ... but we all did break out in roaring applause!
Another great event. Not my favorite course JJ, not enough transitions. We still love you anyway
Here's my 47.9 +1 from the morning with a long drift at the end. Just ran out of grip for that last gate and hit the last cone.
I was able to match that clean in the afternoon but my sloppy driving and overheated tires didn't allow me to get any faster.

I had a great time as well, It's nice when the events go so smoothly like this, especially in the heat. My car felt great, on my final run I put in a 48.1 +1, but I can't figure out which one I hit. At least I didn't need the extra time to take class 1.

Great event as usual. Thanks to Jerrett and Leilane and Meesh and the rest of the crew that makes these events go so smoothly. Not my favorite course (my fastest times I ended up driving the first 1/3rd of the course in 1st gear), but better than the non-Jimmy course from last weekend.
Kudos to McShane for another FTD. The Bandit looks really well dialed in. Kudos as well to Scott Steider for kicking ass in the Z yesterday! X class has been a lot of fun this year with really good competition.
