2560 needs rebuild! 100$ obo
Gt2560 needs a rebuild needs a front and rear housing clips (come in good rebuild kits) and a wastegate the rebuild kits 85$ so 100$ obo 972-510-4105 i dont need 2 turbos on my shelf

Unless things have changed, you can't get a rebuild kit for a ball bearing snail anywhere near $100.

I belive it is a journal bearing 2560 Its not a 2560r its off of a sr20
What does the Garret tag say?
Witch tag? Ar.80 intake and .64 exhaust turbine looks really clean no Knicks or broken blades but has 1/8th inch of shaft play its off an sr20 so I belive its a journal bearing
Correction this is a 2554!
If it is a factory sr20det turbo it is a t25. If this is indeed what it is, good luck getting 100 for it, that's about what it would be worth if it was minty fresh oem. A bad chra t25 is worth next to nothing.
Hmm I've seen them sell for 150$ with shaft play for next to nothing ill rebuild it and hold onto it journal bearings are simple to rebuild and just as effective
