You definitely need to work on your selling techniques...so you don't lead people on and waste their time and money by telling them you will meet up with them and help them install the products you're selling, just to tell them the person you've been talking with for months about your hardtop just decided they wanted to finally buy it...as I just showed up to your town ready to make the transaction at the time you said you would be available. Very disrespectful...
