    Ocean Rock Biznatch. Actually sir, we have a couple of features this evening.

    First off is out Stuffed Flounder. We take a 10 ounce portion of Flounder and stuff it with our home made deviled crab meat. We then bake it in a lime Chardonnay sauce. It is served with sauteed vegetables and roasted garlic mashed potatoes.

    The next feature we have is our Salmon Baja It is also a 10 ounce filet of Salmon. We cook it over a mesquite grill and top it with our diablo sauce. The Baja sauce is a white wine cream sauce with shrimp crab meat and crawfish tailmeat. We serve that with veggies and mashed potatoes aswell.

    Rock Fish / Ocean Rock I was close! For those of you who don’t know Marc has a nice restaurant called “Ocean Rock” in the TCU area of Ft. Worth!

    BTW where do you get the deviled crabmeat? From an exploded sperm whale perhaps!
