Wanted Electrical Engineer for quick Project

I know you guys are creative and smart and I need some help. I am looking for someone to work on a project with me. I have approx. 20 digital clocks and I need to add an auto dimming feature. I want them to work similar to an iPhone with auto brightness set. For example I may place a clock in a home theater and I want it to dim when the lights in the theater dim. I need someone with this type of expertise, who is smart and thinks creatively. I’m looking to pay time and materials and this is negotiable.
