How can I watch Formula 1 this season?

I cut the cable at the house over a year ago. So far, so happy.

However, the one thing I miss is being able to DVR F1 races. NBC Sports is live streaming the race this weekend, but I have no interest in staying up past midnight to watch it live.

Is there a reliable freeware program or IOS app I can use to record the live stream for playback at a later date from my laptop or iPad? Thanks!

I got to record it on Dish, only to realize it was a Spanish Language station.

I had my parents record it and then made my kids and my parents watch it :). It was an interesting race. Looking forward to the next race.
