I have an OEM O-ring I bought for my '92 that I never used. It's yours if you want it.

    Will it fit a 94??

If so, what do you want for it?

SCCA isn't until the 15th of May. ER is this weekend.

^Right, I should clarify...I dont really feel like driving to mineral wells & treating the inevitable sunburn / heat exhaustion so soon after last weekend @ Pennington, but ER does put on a hell of an event at Mineral Wells, so we'll see. If I sit this one out, ill do SCCA, if I do the ER, ill sit out the SCCA.

I verified the O-ring is the same in the '92 and '94. I'll throw it in my car...next time I see you (or you see me) it's yours.

Do NOT use a socket to take out the long bolt on the 1.8L CAS!!!

Use a wrench! (A ratchet wrench works great)... It's very deceptive. You can get the socket on it but that bolt is long and you may have some serious problems getting the ratchet out.

Other than that the only other hard part is lining everything up when you go to put it back together. It takes patience. Just make sure you look close at which end of the CAS goes where. It looks like you could put it in 180 degrees out, but it won't fit.

Don't ya just hate it when that happens. You start with the ratchet, you see you have a problem coming up, but you keep going thinking things will work out...before you know it the ratchets up against the firewall then you realize you can't change it's direction, cause you can't reach the back of the rachet
