Thanks. Is it a spare or wheel? What is the hub size? I need a 72.3mm.

Why would you want a 16"? Do you need space for the brakes or what? I might have a 15" with different tire sizes

It has 16" wheels on it now. Wouldn't running different size wheels in the back screw up the diff?
    M3 is always the answer.

It will only screw up the diff if the tire diameter is different. Still, more sense to run 16" all the way around, if only for the simplicity of matching tire size.

This for your son's E30? If so I can tell you that a 16" Miata wheel will not fit over the hub. Already tried that but was able to make one work by using a spacer.

It is. His spacers have a 72.5mm hub. What size is the Miata hub?
