It arrived early - 2015 STI

Picked it up today during the torrential rain and tornado warnings. Only had time to drive it from the dealer to work and work to home, but I'm grinning ear to ear so far.

Nice choice. I love the looks and performance specs off the STi but cannot get past the wing. If they offered a more fat old guy version of the wing I would consider it.

The wing is polarizing. I happen to love the wing because race car. From what I understand it's relatively easy to find a color matched WRX who will swap trunk lids along with some cash for the wing.

I never got a ticket in my Evo... and I didn't exactly drive slow.

The best part of the wing on the 2015? It's just a little bit bigger than the 2011-2014 wing :). They raised it up a bit for better rearward visibility. I'm still getting used to it being there. Everytime I look over my shoulder I think there is car right behind me.

A lot of people have groaned about the styling. It's subjective, but a lot of people come around after seeing it in person. The interior is a step way up from my '12 WRX. I can't look at the previous gen without thinking it looks old and outdated now. Confirmation bias perhaps...

I don't really see the Evo in it, but you're not the first to say that.

I saw one at the auto show and I think it looks nice, but I like the look of Subarus.
