Wow. Now THAT'S a dash! I can just imagine Marilyn Monroe coming along for the ride in something skimpy. LOL.
I've got a G8. Closely related to the Camaro. Wonder if I have an issue?
My 2003 workhorse chassis motor home had the same problem. The key fell out and the engine died. I quick read my survivors manual which told me to coast onto the shoulder of the road. I did not want it to happen again so I figured out what was happening and seperated the ignition key from all the other keys and have not had a problem since. That was over 5 years ago.
lostlorin I don't believe you are allowed to think on your own and solve the problem without the assistance of the NHTSA. Please comply.![]()
I saw this earlier on Jalopnik, the problem is apparently with the huge flip out key fob. The recall will swap them out for a normal sized key and separate fob.
