Well i have had both on my NC, 225/45/17 on a 9 inch rim.

The rear is rolled and the front is not, not rubbing.
The Rivals talk a lot more.especially after they heat up but never had a grip problem.
I was on the Rivals this year at Hallett and RS3's last year.
