It is only 3 hours for me. They don't start until 8:30a. I would leave at 5:00a and not spend the night.

How was the event?

On the way back from a business trip in San Antonio, I stopped by at CotA and ran with Spokes. I drove a FoST and the weather was rainy. The pad they used was smooth asphalt. My heat (2nd) had the worst conditions...1st heat was dry for 90% of the runs, my heat had two showers roll through, and 3rd heat had drying conditions. Much to my surprise, I ended up 17th in PAX. The car itself is something else...I can see how people love it so much. I'm really wanting to do another event in a FoST when it's dry to get a better idea...
