The rest of my life is plenty sketchy! Traction control can be turned off, as I usually do in my car but its nice to have the option to leave it on when the weather is bad

You could very well be right but while I cant remember what the replacement costs were exactly, i remember them being expensive (somewhere north of 3 grand)... the locks are worth it for me... i realize that aftermarket seats might be way cheaper and you don't have to worry about seat based airbags like I have to do in my car... but to me aftermarket seats hurt resale because most people are looking for stock or lightly modded cars and aftermarket seats might raise a red flag and hurt the resale value... better safe than sorry I think

I will say this... as much as I love the s2k, I feel like my car is more fun around town... because torque... I'm basically the king of buyers remorse and I don't have any regrets with this purchase... traffic on 75 was terrible today so I took greenville almost all the way home... so much fun to filter through the traffic... always power available when I need to shoot for a small gap or pass... on paper the same 0-60 as a brz/frs but so much faster around town... this video is what made me decide to test drive one even though I didn't want to own a stupid fiesta: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gbcj-zE7gBw

the point he makes about acceleration within a gear is very valid

Went to my local Carmax today...checked out the Civic Si, Infiniti G37S & Focus ST.

Focus ST was the winner. Was the most comfortable and had the most headroom. Did not have the Recaros, which is a plus.

I don't think I could fit in the Civic or G37S with a helmet on.

Told you the FoST as the best of the Bunch.... but you are missing out without the Recaros... they do mold to you.
