I'll be working and I forsee that we'll be doing stories on illegal fireworks starting fires... ugh.
Be careful and don't start any fires.
Hmm what is decent? Are we talking about your decent or my decent? I'm just curious because I don't want to offend anyone else's decent...

Normally you'd be doing a story about how I blew something up or started a fire, but im married this time, so my mischeviousness is a bit limited this year. So I should be safe this year.![]()

I thought most all fireworks were legal in TX.Originally Posted by Treibenschnell

Now California... that is where most everything is illegal. Many counties allow NOTHING, while some allow somestuff. Nowhere in the state can you have anything that blows up (like firecrackers) or flies (rockets, morters, roman candles). If you are luck enough to live in a
county, you get sparklers, smoke bombs, and whistlers, and foutains.
Depends where you live... but for the most part it's the same.Originally Posted by Titus
Well we were MOSTLY safe. I was down at the house at Cedar Creek Lake. We had 3 shows on docks around us that were probably bigger than any city's display. And this is going on all around the lake. It is pretty impressive. We also had a 60's looking Mig buzz the lake.
I had my small box of stuff to shoot off and entertain our 3 year old. I gave him a sparkler and after a few minutes he threw it back in the box and said wanted something else. It was still lit. It was pretty cool when all the fireworks go off at the same time at your feet. I pushed the box off into the lake and gave it a Viking funeral.
