I should've read about their last event before asking about this one. Where are those guys when you need one? Consider me signed up!
(and I scored the 55th spot)

Kidding! Winning PAX money has a lot to do with the annual index. This year, CS got a little kiss that let's some of us win a buck or two. Next year, it could be STS2... or ES... or...

Still ER puts on a nice event, even if my used-to-be-Board-member-backside says so...

Thanks, but I'll be setting up your playground by then. Come on out early and help with setup

I'll try to make it ... mmm, McBreakfast!

And I looked up the location in the previous thread instead of asking here. My high school teacher was right, even a monkey can learn.

I loved the course because it finally convinced me that my 18 month old Azenis are too hard to work anymore. Hankooks will be ordered.

As always, S2K put on a great event, and I'm looking forward to the next one where, according to Clovis, our very own Tailchaser will be in charge of course design

Not that the more interesting elements of today's course weren't fabricated by TC and onething anyway...

Well... one of us won in Miata class, and one of us won in Miata R.

Dunno how the Tire guys did, but lugnutjon and his new tires either came in 2nd or 3rd overall (behind a blisteringly fast SM2 RX-7 ), I came in 4th overall, and I think General Default came in 5th overall, so not a bad showing for the girly cars. Even more amazingly, after 78 runs my V710s are still pretty quick (although not quite as quick as Jon's brand new set), not showing any cord, and ready for ER tomorrow.

The course today was a good one. It had a really good flow to it... if you could look 3 or 4 gates ahead and string it all together. This course really emphasized speed maintenance and looking ahead to be fast. A few 3rd gear sections. I enjoyed it a lot.

What a great event! The S2K guys should offer consulting services to some of the other clubs in town! The course was fun, and while not exactly sure how I placed in my Rental I sure did have a darn good time!

Hmm what is decent? Are we talking about your decent or my decent? I'm just curious because I don't want to offend anyone else's decent...

Crock pot. You put the books in on Friday night, set the thermostat for low and let them cook all weekend
