You can get a set of KYB AGX shocks off Ebay for $300 (like me!), the FM springs are $225 and if you want to get the rear shock mounts from FM they are $250. And new shock boots/bumpstops are about $25 each. FM shock mounts come with boots/stops for the rear.

I am ecstatic with my FM shock mounts, aside from not being able to get the nut on the shock as much as I would like.

I am not sure if either of you are in a NB but if you are I have a perfectly good set of FREE shock boots that came off mine when I did the install, you are welcomed to them if needed.

p.s. thats why I offered to change locations to get help with my install, but its kewl It all worked out great, and I know the job was done well and to my standards.

I appreciate you guys not helping me, I learned more about my car and the way it works that day than the whole time I have owned it, I recomend both you guys take a strong hand in doing most of the work its very rewarding and gives you a great sense of achievement.

FWIW, I did the Ebay deal for the AGXs & grabbed a used set of FM springs for 170 shipped off the board classifieds. Entire job was ~ $500.

Good luck but it sounds like you won't need it.

Dude - we get it. You did it yourself. Gold star for you.

You decided to install your suspension stuff on an autocross day with minimal warning. I guarantee you if Tim the Teacher does the same thing, he'll probably be flyin' solo as well.

We're more than willing to help someone out, but it helps if you make it even vaguely convenient for some of us...

You bastard! Sweet deal man, although I paid full price for the springs and shock mounts I've gotten my share of TCB deals. It pays to know Shannon at MSR! I got my set of wheels, front sway bar and my first set of shocks for $500! Spec Miata to be take offs.

    Whatever,....good luck with the install....seriously:)
I think you will like the ride a lot better too, its not as rough as what yuo would think and corners much flatter than you would expect.
I originally had considered also adding sway bars but don't think I will need them after the shocks and springs.
The car will have a much more aggressive stance as well.
Post pics when you get it done, if you don't mind....I would like to see before and after.
Once again I hope it goes smoothe and quickly without a hitch.
