I need to grab a larger audience for my ’92.
Cars.com has a basic deal for $25.00 for 2 weeks or $40.00 for the enhanced ad.
Autotrader.com is a bit more but they offer a $39.00 and $49.00 packages.
My question is which one do you think would be the better choice? I know I found my ’92 in the Ft. Worth StarTelegram which works with Cars.com.
So whom would you use? Am I missing any other sources?

I thought cars.com would let you renew the ad for free until it sells. That's what I used when I was selling my '92 and my last motorcycle.

When I sold my 2000, it sold through's classifieds. The otheres didn't do crap. Of course, that was back in 2001, so things may have changed.

I used Autotrader to sell my brother's Explorer when he moved to Australia... it's a nice feature to pay once and have it run until it sells. I got a fair number of calls on it.

I did the run it till it sells deal on autotrader when I sold my dad's grand am for him. We got a ton of phone calls and emails. I think it works.

I guess it depends on how quick you want to unload the merchandise. I'd suppose the paid sites would broaden your audience.
