Seriously, nothing has improved my driving skills more than running in our closely competitive C Stock class over the past couple of seasons. Knowing that you have to drive your best to win in this class forces you to really work on driving at 100% of the limit, 100% of the time. Because, as Tommy Saunder's favorite t-shirt says, "Let up for a second and that's where you'll finish."

Competition is key! At the BMWCCA autoX this weekend I let my guard down b/c I was in the lead by around 2 secs after the morning session. My friend, Ashley (has a 10AE), caught up with me and beat me by .087 over a 2 minute course. I was taking passengers the whole time b/c I slacking off.

Plus I didnt' get my shocks dialed in until the fun runs. I'm sorry I missed the ER event but I got in around 12 2-minute runs on Sat. Those poor 14" Azenis have taken a beating, they are definitely starting to give up, I had some fun hangin it out at around 55mph. Fast and fun course.

Yeah, it doesn't actually link to a jpeg. I've saved it as an attachment here.

Only ONE of me! I want my money back!
What's left of a '96 Miata with stock clutch.
My car exceeds my driving ability. That's the only possible explanation.
