Like the VW thread says, "hopefully" this started as an accident and fires are heard to control, especially in highly combustible dry brush and wind. So if he did wreck accidently and the fire was an unexpected thing then at this point, the guy did no wrong.
However he did go wrong by taking celebratory pictures.What a tool.
Taking a picture of the license plate was pure brilliance. The authorities will never track him down now.
