Nope, yer out now, aren't you? As I recall from the SCCA Solo Meeting, you'll be instructing at the SCCA School that day.

Hell, I don't know what I'll be doing that day, to be honest. I'd like to do this, I volunteered for the SCCA school (although I've yet to get an email or phone call form Mr. Bellamy), and Melissa is trying to get in for some minor surgery that Friday, so I may end up spending the day at home taking care of her.

Hope it's nothing serious. No need to discuss it here in "open forum", but she has my best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Hey Sparky - give Melissa my best and tell her she's in my prayers. She's one of my favorite people. She came to my birthday party when all she had to base an opinion on was one brief meeting and your input

Thanks guys, I'll pass your well wishes along. She's one of my favorite people too.

No, it's nothing serious, but it will mean being off her feet for a couple of days.

Which reminds me - if it does fall on that weekend, I'll be coming out to the SCCA event to work Tech, but I'll probably need to plead my way into running 1st heat and heading home after that. Does anyone here in C Stock have a problem if I ran in an earlier heat than the rest of y'all so that I could go back home and take care of my wife?

Nope, I happy for you to run Heat 1. But CS is in Heat 2 anyway, so if they don't budge (and I'm sure they will), at least you won't have to hang around too much longer.
