and much to my surprise, after spending a couple hours detailing my car today to put it on ebay, I get to my car only to find a hole in my bumper resembling a tow hitch along with other fun scratches and a giant spider web.

...and of course there is no note.

Does anyone know where I can get a bumper cover for cheap?

That sucks. Bastards Does HEB have parking lot cameras? We have several at target, mabye you could get a make model, possibley even a liscense #.

No and not full coverage. Sucks that someone just couldn't leave a note, I wasn't in the store for more than a few minutes.

If by "full coverage" you mean "collision" (as most people do), this isn't something you'd need to file on your collision; You'd file this on your "uninsured motorist" policy. Most of the time there's only a $200 deductible, which would probably work out for you as you'll have more than that in finding a panel and having it painted.

As for the "body fill" comment... Not on a flexible bumper cover. Doh!

I feel your pain. Right after I had my nose painted some SOB did the same thing to my car . If I were to replace my nose peice I'd probably go with an aftermarket with more breathing room for the radiator.
