Phase 2 teaches you to drive a course aggressively the first time out. You'll essentially drive 5 different courses over the course of the day with only one walk-through. Very good mental exercise.

Well - school got moved and maybe moved again.
You guys need to sign up - it looks like we don't have enough folks to justify the event.

Here's the email from Gerry:

All,

First, let me apologize sincerely for the long delay in getting back to you all. I had high hopes of
getting the details worked out to have this school on concrete, but I can not
delay any longer advising you all what is going on.

For any of you who have not read or heard yet, I was forced to change the
originally scheduled dates
(May 7, 8, 9) to May 14, 15, 16. In addition, the site has changed as well.

At this point, I have reserved another asphalt site that has some concrete
areas, but we may not get to use the concrete areas. I am still working on
this.

The main problem was that virtually all of the dates that do NOT already have an
ER or SCCA events
scheduled are National Events (Pro Solo or National Tour) and as a result
Evolution instructors were not available for the original dates. In addition,
other possible dates are unusable because sites are not available and/or the
instructors we need are not available. (MUST have certain instructors for the
Dial In or Challenge schools, for example.) This has been a real nightmare this
year.

Because of these problems and the fact that I still do not have enough students
signed up for even one full school, we may have to cancel or postpone the
schools.

The alternatives are:

Hope to receive more entries and have some schools on May 14, 15, 16 (Maybe just
schools on May 14/15 since May 16 is an SCCA event)

Hold a Phase 1 and a Phase 2 only at Pennington Field on Sunday May 16 or
Hold schools on June 15/16 or
Hold schools on and June 19/20 or
Hold schools on July 17/18.


Since I have had to change dates/sites, if any of you that have sent money
cannot attend, let me know and I'll give you a full refund.

I would like for each of you to respond and let me know if you can attend on the
new May 14, 15, 16 date(s) or if you would/could attend on one of the other
dates listed.

Again I apologize for the problems and the delay in getting back to you all.

Well I'll be at MSR on 5/15-5/16 so I'm out for those dates. If it gets postponed again then I may be in $$ permiting.
