Thread: Clutch Replacement - Best Shop?

Default Clutch Replacement - Best Shop?

Based on the howling it sounds like the pilot or throw-out bearing in my 97 is failing. Since I am at 93k miles I will replace the clutch etc. while in there. Can anybody recommend a good shop in the area? I am located near Denton. I have previously spoken with the staff at Miata Technologies and they seem very knowledgeable but their location is not too convenient. However, if they are the best it could be worth the trip. Any recommendations or testimonials for area shops would be appreciated. Thanks.

Stevan replaced the clutch on my '92 when I had it. No complaints at all and he had Shiner Bock on tap! What more could you want?

But it would be the first time you ever saw an auto repair shop with a bouncer checking the line of guys outside waiting to get in.

    Well, you asked!

apparently you don't know about the hot tub in denton. The chili crew parties on a level I've never seen replicated, but with some class of course.
