Risers VS motors in NA's

Both of my 97's have jacked up drivers side windows, is there any way to tell if it's the motor VS riser assembly without taking the door apart?

And...

Where can I get the best price on said items?

have you cleaned the switches? take them apart, and put a pencil eraser to the contact points. i think they spark a *very* small amount every time you use them so they get black after awhile. have you also tried to lube the tracks? oh crap, what do you mean by jacked up? my old 97s windows just went sloooooooooow....

Both are non functional.

Press the switch & nothing happens.

If I can get time, I'll clean the contacts tomorrow.

Dumb question, but did you check the fuse and check the switches in the center console to see if they were disconnected from the wiring harness?
