Cool, but vastly inaccurate. They estimate the house across the street from me at $186k. It just sold for $220k last month. The house next-door is estimated at $286k. This would be accurate if it was in good shape, but it is thrashed, in pre-foreclosure, and listed right now for $230k.
Yeah... real inaccurate... the house I built up in Anna is showing as a 4 bedroom/3 bath... it's a 3 bedroom/2 bath... Also, the valuation isn't very accurate...Originally Posted by Titus

My parents just sold their house in Coppel last week.
The price listed was $20Kunder what they got.
I'm thinking the price is based off of the city tax rate.
