Yeah, it sure made a lot of noise without the exhaust, but I was really suprised to see it lose 6 peak horsepower, as well as torque through the entire rev range.

It's been said before, but I'll agree - a big thanks to ATSChristin, Aaron, and the rest of the gang at ATS. A great bunch of people who were kind enough to let us overrun their shop for the afternoon. Your hospitality was greatly appreciated!

It was a great day! ATS was a great host, and I really appreciate them offering us a tech day! We need to do it again!

I was a little surprised to see the POS bring in the lowest HP & Torque numbers of all the participants!

It was also something to see that there was very little spread in HP over the 2-1/2 generations of Miata that made the show!

The POS’s best run of 3 was Max Power 88.8 & Max Torque 83.2

Oh yea and Flyin96M has one Evil Miata! He was the undisputed Miata horsepower king of the Dyno yesterday!

I think TC got files for all of the runs, so we'll leave it up to him to post all of the results and the corresponding files.

My car made 122.8 hp & 109.9 lb-ft of torque with the Enthuza exhaust installed, and 117.1 hp and 105.8 lb-ft of torque with the axle-back exhaust removed completely.

Hey POS, what mods have you done? Is your cat coverter old & in need of replacement? Do you have low compression?

I just wonder why it would be turning in the low #s...

Thanks for posting the mod and numbers! Is your Enthuza has a Bolar can? Am I right that he uses a couple kinds of cans?

Hope everyone post with their mod.

TC really did get all the runs (slight panic when his laptop wouldn't read the floppy) safely transferred to a computer. They'll get uploaded Monday morning when he has access to a windows PC and his encryption key at the same time so he can retrieve the $##$$*#&@*#$*(@*#$&@#$* password to upload files...

I use M$ VirtualPC 2004to concurrently run 3 different M$ operating systems, Redhat, Linspire, and Solaris on the PC in my office.

The cost is only $129 for the software. A tremendous steal in today's market.

4GB memory and I use almost all of it when everything is running.

So what was the highest non turbo/sc/nitrous hp and torque on the dyno? Wanna hear how my old tater stands up to everyone elses. Last dyno on my 97 showed 120rwhp and 114ft/lbs.

My 97 turned about 116rwhp and 107ft/lbs. The only mods are Goodwin Monsterflow and Magnaflow muffler.

I think the highest NA car was mine. 122.8 hp & 109.9 lb-ft of torque, '99 with Enthuza exhaust & K&N OEM replacement panel filter.

It certainly looked puny next to Flyin96M's 238 hp!

I also want to thank all those that made Saturday possible. I had a great time and so far the best dyno experience. I was also happy to see that I have been tuning in the right direction and went from 210 hp to 238 hp and 212 ft lbs of torque! I have to say that I am very happy with the results and want to thank ATS again for putting this on.
