I don't think I'll make this one, but I'd like to make one in Pearsall if Spokes hosts another one this season. I looked on the Southwest Division website, but their schedule info still shows TBA for 2004.

I plan to stick around town and possibly hit both the BMWCCA and S2K events.

I would consider it if I could trailer my Miata there and back, but alas, no trailer and nothing to pull it with if I had one. I guess that's why I don't have one.

I will hang with Thomas at the BMW event (TMS) and/or ER event (BMS - Bedford Motor Speedway), or maybe the S2K event. I guess the S2K event is in Mineral Wells.

Jerrett, I haven't forgotten about the cruise control. I need to look up the procedure for the swap and find some time to do it. I'll keep in touch.

Bedford Motor Speedway I like that! Much sexier than "Pennington Field". Let's officially adopt that nomenclature! All in favor, raise your hand.

Nice, but I think most of F-stock is going to have a problem with that.

FYI on divisionals.....if people aren't attending these.....there may not be a divisional series in another year or two. We only have 60ish people registered and I know that I would not be enthused about doing the work again next year for just 60 people. I get that at my PCA events lol

All I'm saying is that if we want to have a divisional series we need to support it. If not, ok....no problem.

If there was/is a div at mineral wells or the bus lot (which I perfer) or even pennington. I'd do everything I can to attend.

    Just my 2 cents.

I also was pretty disapointed at the turnout for the Pro Solo. What do people have to do to get attendees in their own back yard? Other divisionals are more than 6-7 hours away and they get 200+ people at them as well as their national events.

Just trying to get feedback. I saw a lot of familiar faces at the Pro and tour but not as many as I expected. There are people in Houston even who won't attend because they can't be competitive....and most of they aren't even remotely fast.....

I'm curious for those who aren't attending these events what we as a division can do to attract the non-hardcores. I know us crazy hardcores will go to almost any event anywhere within 8 hours.

Now I'm looking for feedback. Not trying to be a jagoff incase I came off that way.

Not sure what the answer is to that question David. I know I missed the Mineral Wells event due to recitals my daughter had both Saturday and Sunday of that weekend..... But I did go to both the National events in Walnut Ridge and Houston, along with several other cone smacking punks that frequent this board.

As for the Houston Double Divisional I don't think it helps that S2K and Equipe Rapide both have local events scheduled up here on that same weekend.

From a purely personal point of view, add a Street Tire class
