I was referring more to mistakes on the track. I kind of like the SCCA format where I have 10 minutes between runs so I can sit back a moment and think about where I screwed up and how I could do it better. In this case, we had three runs in the morning and two in the afternoon. I felt better about the afternoon runs because I had time to think about my mistakes, although I only needed 10 minutes, not two hours. Or maybe I am just overthinking all of this and trying to justify a lack of concentration on my crappy runs in the morning.Originally Posted by Maniac Mitch
