only 40 , but feel like 50 , play like i'm 25 :P . The good thing now is that I have the the money to play real hard, at 25 i had to work to keep from starving.

Is it better to burn out than to fade away?
Hmm what is decent? Are we talking about your decent or my decent? I'm just curious because I don't want to offend anyone else's decent...

Half century + 2 here. That's my excuse for everything
What's left of a '96 Miata with stock clutch.
My car exceeds my driving ability. That's the only possible explanation.

I was older than most of you when I bought my first Miata (49) in 1989. Chronological age doesn't mean much if you can somehow manage to stay healthy. (I always wanted hair!)

Especially if you can still get a screw down by the river... and have your wife tell stories about it in public!

    I never knew you had a 2 digit serial #! That's cooooool!

It may well have been a two digit serial number (we didn't care about such things back then). You can check the white "hulk" behind MiataTechnologies if you want.

My wife loves to talk and I give her MANY reasons.

Next year, I'll learn how to read. I thought the "49" was the serial number on your car, since I know that's not how old you were in '89.

Well I was 48 in 1989 also, but I was 49 when I bought the Miata. It has something to do with when birthdays fall I guess.
