There's no way my regular car insurance will cover track time.

Yeah, right, try to enforce that during all the chaos of a wreck...Filming is allowed, however if there is a wreck and the medics are onsite, no filming, or picture taking at all.
Just reading that blurb would make me want to stay far, far away from that track day. It sounds like it's being run by a bunch of rank amateurs.
