This sounds scarey to me, even if it is only the in-field portion of the track. Sounds like some inexperienced promoter wanting some track time and will be a free-for-all.

Not to mention that charging a 3% fee for taking PayPal is in direct violation of their terms of service. Don't these clowns read their agreements when they accept them?

I think I'd avoid being on the track alongside a 100k+ car. I wouldn't want one of them getting into an accident with me and then trying to sue me.

There's no way my regular car insurance will cover track time.

Filming is allowed, however if there is a wreck and the medics are onsite, no filming, or picture taking at all.
Yeah, right, try to enforce that during all the chaos of a wreck...

I have this image of an SNL skit where the paramedics totally ignore the patient instead focusing on stopping someone from filming. Meanwhile, another person using a metal detector argues over the extra fee for using paypal.

Just reading that blurb would make me want to stay far, far away from that track day. It sounds like it's being run by a bunch of rank amateurs.

Passengers allowed so entertain / scare your friends and family!
As of right now we have signed up and paid 1 or more of the following:
    Ferrari (multiple)
    1993+ Supra (multiple)
    Ford GT (2)
    Lotus Exige
    Viper
    C5 Corvette
    Bikes (multiple)
Filming is allowed, however if there is a wreck and the medics are onsite, no filming, or picture taking at all.
Required gear: Helmet. You can rent one for (I think) $10 but supply is limited. Other gear at your discretion.

But you get extra points for hitting a biker. I think a Ferrari is 50pts and a biker is 100, so make sure your steering isnt sloppy, you wanna make sure you get em dead center! Bonus also if you have a scared family member in the car.
