At first I thought it was OEM with some modifications but look at the latches and more importantly, look at the shape of the rear window.

According to a UK MX-5 enthusiast on another forum, he said they have the same hardtops as the U.S.

Q: What does the sticker say? I'm trying to figure out who made this top. It doesn't appear to be OEM with the hood scoops, latches and shape of rear window.

Upon further research (ok... somebody told me)

This is a very rare RTM top made by Tom Walkinshaw Racing (TWR)for Mazda Cars Limited (the official importers of mazda; NOT factory owned), for the very first MX5s sold in the UK. It was not sold for very long, and dropped as soon as Mazda started shipping hardtops to the UK. It had a bad reputation for leaks etc, and nowadays, I would guess you would have a hardtime sourcing seals etc, since TWR went bust.

Still, A very cool top. I dig the vents.
