    Default Stuck bolt

Somehow between last oil change and this oil change my oil drain bolt is stuck in, I am using some metal penetrating solvent right now but its not working, any suggestions?

p.s. I bought a new bolt in case this one gets rounded off, that being said I have taken the damned vise grips to it and still wont come out. I dont want to break it off then have to drop the oil pan to have a bolt removed.....crap!

Are you using a crush washer? PB Blaster the crap out of it and let it sit.

For future reference, if you buy OEM filters from Trussville Mazda, they tape a new crush washer to the side of the box. It doesn't really need to be replaced every time, but since they give you a new one with every filter, you might as well.

If it's really stuck, as long as you can stand. Or do it this evening and let it soak overnight.

If you are around, and not particularly busy, I would recommend spraying it several times throughout the day.

Correct... they don't include them on the 6 packs, but they do on the individuals. Not sure why, but that has been my experience.
