ROFLMAO!!! I was about to walk out the door when my wife made me check my temp. I wasn't going out there with a 101 fever. BTW, you couldn't go b/c the woman was crackin the whip on you right?

Titus, you're missing something there. Wooten only beat us b/c he put on his Hoosiers in the afternoon, his results were supposed to be thrown out.

    To the S2K folks:
Great job all season and I look forward to more of the same next year

Uh - no. What put you in top the TCB level was mooching a free ride in the AM and free tires & wheels in the PM

I think we should have packed up when the ambulance showed up. None of the bad stuff would have happened in fun runs and Sammm wouldn't have been blocking the ramp onto 35.

The actual event was super. First time in a long time I actually enjoyed being on course! I don't care what you say, POS has some value.

Who knew ES100's could be better in the dry than my Kooks??? And before you throw the ask POS. There's still tread showing on the Kooks, but they were toast at mid-season If you still don't believe it, I will gladly give you the Kooks and let you drift a bit - in your car.

I've read a few different brief articles on the crash and all said that the plane crashed while attempting to land. I recall that those that saw it described the crash as being just after take off??? TC... you saw it... Was it landing or taking off?

Well everyone was landing to the north east since the wind was out of the north. Everyone who saw it pointed to the southwest.

I think Ego Threat and I are both of the opinion that it was attempting a landing. Something went terribly horribly wrong, though, as we both also thought "some jackass flying an RC Plane near an airport" until the ambulance showed up. The plane completed a couple of rather irregular maneuvers before an abrupt nose down/loss of altitude. I assumed low altitude aerobatics, plane went below horizon, started another car, and didn't think much of not seeing the plane again.

Nah I was cracking the whip. It was a PIA to tie the washer to her back, but she got it up the stairs eventually.

As I said Saturday, can I get her phone number? I'd hate to have to drive all the way over to where she works

There was some confusion during the first event because Wooten used R-comps in the afternoon when he ran faster than Marc and I. I thought his results were supposed to be thrown out.

I'm pretty sure that puts us in a tie.

You're right, it looks like Wooten's results are still showing up in the event results. I don't see any way to brake the tie either. Wanna arm wrestle for it?
