The Mrs. and I will be there. But, I heard that there will be trophies, hats and shirts. I was looking forward to a jacket also. Dayum, I hope what I heard is wrong.

Yes, it is $5.00 RSVP (and $10.00 at the door) and you don't have to be a member to join us. But please RSVP ASAP so we can make sure there will be enough food for everyone.
I think we have spoiled you over the past few years with the additional trophies, from what I just read.Come on guys, we have to switch it up a little. That's why the trophy is different every year. 2 years ago it was just hats, last year it was jackets and hats and this year it is golf shirts, shirts and hats in various combinations. What will it be next year? We don't know. But it will probably be different than this year, but like last year? Maybe.
And yes there are no door prizes, at this time, at the ER party. Do you want to organize it and arrange some prizes to be handed out? Anyone? If someone steps forward, then there is a good possibility of door prizes. We just haven't thought about it or really done it in the past. We did do a Raffle a few years ago.

Coolest part was Jimmy Stewart winning the Royce Franzoni Award. Which I'm sure one of the ER folks could better explain, but basically it was for participation, performance, and being just an all around great guy!

And you basically hit the nail on the head with your description of the Royce Franzoni award. It is based on participation (running every event with Pax), winning your class at every event helps, and then who the ER board decides deserves the award for the year. We don't have a repeat winner for this award, I believe.
Even a Miata driver could win it.

And a good time was had by all at the party. Nice to meet all the new people and talk autocrossing one more time.
