I did that to a friend once. He was hiding behind a hill taking pot shots at my team, and I nailed him right in the center of his forehead. He was only wearing a half-mask, so he had an ugly black quarter-sized bruise right in the middle of his forehead for about a week.

I was playing indoor paintball and I got shot in the mouth. I was wearing a mask but I got shot point blank in the mouth with a red paintball. My lips were numb and I didn't know if I was spitting up blood or paint.
