New MX-5... it is in your blood, and it will get you one step closer to being able to run Pro-MX5.
I swear, next time my dad goes out of town I'll roll up in our NSX.

Lightness? What's that? I drive a PRHT!
All I have to say is, I would never pay 20K for a car with 80K miles on it. I'd rather have a cheap new car than a fancy old car that someone has already ragged on and used up that new interior smell.
A good friend of mine had an '05 S4 (B6) that was replaced by Audi with an '06 S4 (B7). The '05 was ruled a lemon after 6 or 7 major issues in 5 months. Among others, the Airbag ECU was replaced twice, the auto-leveling headlight ECU was replaced after sending the headlights straight up to the sky one night, and the outside temperature sensor went bad decided it was 30 degrees out in the summer (which made the auto-climate control system turn the heater on full blast). The final straw was when the transmission started having syncro problems.
He has had no problems with the 2006 after about a year of ownership.
Note... just realized that the one that Merv was looking at was a B5 (second generation S4), so my friends negative B6 experience and positive B7 experience may not apply much. I think he did own a B5 at the end of the 90's, but I don't know how that one behaved.
Why would you be able to afford a used NSX and not buy one??![]()
That would be totally bad ass!
