Never been to Sister Grove. Been meaning to for years. I'm up for one of those nights next week. Keep the rain at bay.
You jinxed me, you bastard! I managed to get about nine miles in tonight, but most of it was in the rain. The rent-a-Suzuki smells like a swamp now.

I think I'll take the '8 to work tomorrow and leave the truck for Melissa...

I thought you jinxed me... My mileage was limited as well. We didn't roll off until about 6:15. The rain started at Campbell & Jupiter. About 5 guys bailed. The other 30 or so made manly grunts and continued on. About 2 miles later, a lightning bolt slammed into stage right maybe .5 mile away... Mass u-turn best describes the following motion. Couple of =^..^='s ducked into someone's open garage. Rest of us tooled west at high speed while the resident ride physician kept trying to find someone with a steel bike to send to ride off the front.

I don't know. It was ridable while I was out there yesterday (in fact, the trail was pretty dry), but it came down in buckets once I was loading the truck.
