Blue indiglo gauge faces, then replace the LEDS in the rest of the interior. Easier said than done.

To switch the gauge illumination, all you need to do is switch out the lamp covers.
Parts Express sells different colored ones. Do a search on lamp covers. They come in two sizes. You'll need the larger ones for the gauges.
The rest of the illumination can be more difficult. I don't have experience with the NB but my I've switched my NA from green to orange. The hazard switch was easy. The HVAC was impossible. Had to get a new face.
The NB may use lamp covers for the HVAC. The hardest part will be the OEM stereo. I've seen OEM NA stereos that have been disassembled to swap the covers but it is tedious. An aftermarket unit would be easier.
Accessory switches are a crap shoot. My hazard was easy. Just a lamp cover. My Cruise, Fog, Dimmer are still green as it has a green film on the back side of the switch.
