That depends on the house. Obviously you would have to target a specific audience.

What makes it unique? Is it a flaming or does it have it's own wheels?

Woman on top. But what does "doing it" have to do with selling a house?

+1 ... find an agent who specializes in high-end properties. They are out there.

    PS
Why the photochopped dog and ass in the second picture?

Merv that's what they do for a living!

Here is an exaple in Gradbury!

May be better than dressing in a chicken suit and handing out flyers at the local gas station, but YMMV.

If I were you, I'd start with a flyer on the bulletin board at MSR. A good realtor would be helpful, but the trick is finding one. (A mediocre realtor will hammer you about the bedroom count to lower your asking price for a quick commission check.) Perhaps an ad in Autoweek?

When I have sold homes in the past, the prospective realtors have always come prepared with this type of market data. I always drive by some of the addresses of what they say are comparables to get an idea of how good the Realtor is. Some will be WAY off, and make it obvious that a computer program kicked out the list. The guy that puts together a relevant list is the one that did the homework and understands your property.
