Yep, I agree. The first thing I noticed with evaluating my numbers, are my g-loads vs. rpms for a particular section, compared with raw times helps tremendously. But as with not being able to download the data, I can't find which turn or portion of the course where I gained or lossed seconds. But even with what little info. I can get from it, its has told me alot 'bout the set-up of the car. I spent many hours over the winter prepping for this season. Won't see ya this weekend Prova7, but I'll catch ya at Pennington.

Thanks for the offer, Damon. Once we get the bugs worked out and start generating some meaningful data, I'll hit you up.

On a side note, are you going back to the FD for the rest of the season?

Good luck, my exhaust is fixed, so I won't be as loud as the Bmods now.

Glad to hear that. Stan Whitney and I were commenting on the fact that your car's acceleration didn't seem to match the noise coming out of the back at the last SCCA event.

USPS sez it'll be here today. Guess I'll test it tonight while dodging tornados.

However, I can report that the Axim makes a helluva MP3 player, and the integrated 802.11b modem makes wireless web surfing from "the throne" a piece of cake!

You won't be able to return it now that it's been flagged.

Got the hardware configured and the software all set up this afternoon. Took a couple of test runs around the neighborhood and managed to generate useful data. The RX-8 will generate over a G of braking force on street tires, but acceleration isn't nearly as impressive.

Hopefully I can repeat this feat (getting everything to work) tomorrow!
