Thread: Miata.net Autocross Section

  1. #1

    Default Miata.net Autocross Section

Dang don't any of us look at Miata.net anymore? I put a post up back on the 14th for the ER event and have seen no responses at all! Weird!

I know I linked it here, but I would have figured there would still be some activity on Miata.net.

Wonder where Pan Americano, Brock, and some of the other local guys that would chime in last season on Miata.net where they are at??

Historically who chimed in last year on our Autocross posts last season on Miata.net? I'd bet Kestrel has a spreadsheet with this information!

Pan Americano registered on the main site, but never here... Go figure... Haven't seen any sign of Brock

I browse a little, but I'm not posting in the Autocross section any more, unless I have something completely non-regional to talk about. I don't have time for boneheads like JeremyS on that forum as they whine about how active we in DFW are.

BTW, notice that the Pointy Board locked both JeremyS's moaning thread and our thread saying we'd started a local forum. No explanation, just closed 'um.

HMMMM no I had not noticed that, kinda weird, they normally give an explanation for why they close posts.

I could care less if someone didn't like what we had posted on Miata.net. I still plan to post events on the pointy board; it was the way I found out what was going on around here in the DFW area. Which lead to me meeting most of you guys!

I'm sure there are other folks out there who would like to join in on the fun who are not yet aware of www.dfwmiata.com yet!

A Thread closed without an explanation is complete and utter crap. Guess some moderators feel their actions do not have to be justified.

I will post and reply in the AutoX irregardless of a couple peoples's jealousy.

I'm with you! They moderators on miata.net normally always list why they close a post. Kinda strange they didn't do it on those two????

And on that note I close this post! LOL
