    And that's precisely why I just joined the RX-8/Miata owners club this weekend. 2.50 87 octane gas HURRAY! But seriously, keeping it under 3500 ALL THE TIME really helps, I can get around 260-270 miles on a tank driving like that, approx 13.5 gallons to fill up which is around 20 MPG, not too shabby.

    Congrats on the car Thomas, what's the over/under before he starts modding it, I give it a 1.5 months before a set of Konis hits the car.

    I'll take the over on that - I think Thomas is afraid of B Stock, so it'll be awhile before he mods that car.

    ROFL! A$$hole!

    I filled her up on Sunday and made 17.4mpg on the first tank. Not surprised at all and can't complain considering I was driving a heavier car with 80bhp less that got the same gas mileage!
